The lesions can be showed as arteriitis,arteriectasis,aneurysm and arterial stenosis stenosis..Ultrasonic cardiography is the first choice to detect the lesions.

Smple fenestration was adopted to resect the ligamenta flava to treat retro-Lumbar spinal stenosis for36 cases.

Results For the 20 patients without Braun's anastomosis (side-to-side jejunojejunostomy), duodenoscope insertion was completed in 19 (95%) and failed in 1 due to the stenosis of jejune lumen (5%).
